About the Playacar Palace

Playacar Palace is an all inclusive resort located in Playa del Carmen, a beautiful beach resort community located 30 minutes south of Cancun and easily accessible via main highway 307. Playa del Carmen is known for its stunning white sand and palm tree lined beaches. Playa del Carmen also has a ocean boardwalk with restaurants, shops and bars. The town is also close to some great day trips to the adventure/water parks of Xel-ha, Xplor, Xcaret, Xavage, Xibalba and Xenses, to name just a few that are all located about 60 minutes south of Playa del Carmen and an easy drive. The island of Cozumel is just offshore to the east and there is a ferry that runs over several times a day.

The resort town of Cancun and the hotel zone is just 30 minutes to the north and also offers some great shopping, bar and restaurants.

The Playacar Palace offers six different types of rooms, 1) the Superior Deluxe Partial Ocean View with two person hot tub, 2) the Superior Deluxe Ocean View with two person hot tub, 3) the Superior Honeymoon Suite with two person hot tub, 4) the Superior Walk Out Oceanfront suite that features a porch with lawn chairs.  This room also has a two person hot tub, 5) the Superior Governor Suite with full ocean view, private balcony and two person hot tub and 6) The Superior Two Bedroom Presidential Suite that has a two person hot tub in each room plus separate dining and living room areas.  There are also two full bathrooms and a large balcony/seating area to enjoy views of the Caribbean.

The Playacar Palace also offers non-motorized water sports, a kids playroom, fitness center and world class entertainment and events.

Momo is the onsite restaurant and specializes in Asian cuisine featuring Sushi, Teppanyaki and Shabu-Shabu.
